Alright sc/out/s what's your hobby?

Hiking/camping, fishing, hunting, boating, urban exploration, boating, swimming/diving or other?

Fishing and hiking is what I generally do, with some critter catching mixed in

Camping (mostly car camping now that my wife has MS), hiking (also curtailed), knifemaking, homebrewing.

My six year old son has hiked or been carried in 6 national parks, several national wildlife refuges, and many miscellaneous spots innawoods or innadesert. Took him and the rest of the family to Hot Springs, Mammoth Cave, and Great Smoky Mountains NP, as well as walking down Beale Street in Memphis and swimming inthe Atlantic Ocean, over the past couple of weeks. I want them to have the experiences I didn't get as an abused and impoverished child. I've also coached his soccer and t-ball teams. Maybe my real hobby is getting my family /out/
as much as possible.

Hunting, fishing, and gardening is what i actually do often. Once in a while, swimming, bicycling, and geocaching.

Im coming to /out/ now Ive discovered it to learn more about backpacking & camping. I grew up in very very rural place and nobody did that stuff then/there. Was kinda looked upon as an activity for city-slickers... Which is what i am now.
