It all boils down to what you feel would be pushing the limits of what you expect out of yourself. For me, my next big thing is a 90 day hike, but I have a friend that would really be accomplishing something if he got off the couch and walked to the grocery store and back. Only you know what's challenging for you.

The most important thing is just to be a better you today than you were yesterday, then everything just falls into place.

Well that's probably because it's a silly, immature thing.

Real courage requires doing like the others in this thread mentioned, something creative and fruitful, generative towards society. Like parenthood or sacrifice for something bigger than yourself.
