Blender? How big do you need it... you can rent a real wood chipper from Home Depot for pretty cheap if you just need one for a day or two

a blender might work though the pieces are a little hard.
I would say they need to be the size of half a AA battery, and now they are from 6 to 2 inches in length. If they are broken up is fine too, as long as they arent made into powder
