Kershaw makes alot of assisted knives.
Buck has an amazing warranty
Spyderco's warranty isn't very good, but their knives have really good quality control and since they are almost all hollow ground and full flat ground they cut super well, they are also better sharpened out of the box than anything i've ever seen. (my spyderco are all from the Seki City plant, so you're experience may be a little different.)
if you're looking for a knife with multiple blades/ no clip (an actual pocket knife) i would go with wenger, victorinox, etc.
people are going to hate me posting this, but checking out nutnfancy would be your best bet, his videos are extremely detailed, too much so for most people, but he knows knives.
