>>1514322If it wasn't fully engorged *and it doesn't sound like it was), you should be fine. The current medical consensus is that you can't get Lyme unless the tick was on you long enough to fill up on blood, which takes at least 24-36 hours, maybe even 48. A fully engorged tick wouldn't be so tiny anymore, and if one fell off of you, you should have had an evident bite mark.
That said, if you're worried about it, go to a doctor. They can do a blood test, though you may have to wait a bit: I had to have a Lyme titre maybe ten years ago, and IIRC, the doctor made me wait like a month before the blood draw because he said the concentration would be too low to be detectable earlier than that. The tests may have gotten more precise since then, though.
>>1516904Pretty much the same thing in my case (even got bitten in the same area). I did actually visit a clinic, though (I didn't have a primary care doctor at the time, and no insurance either), and the doctor there did schedule a blood test. But the advice during the wait was the same: monitor for symptoms, but don't worry about it too much (the tick in my case was very definitely not engorged even though I believe it had been on for about a day; definitely a deer tick, too).
