I'm planning a rather long backpacking trip and despite already knowing most of my gear is heavy as shit, reality hit me hard after I weighted it down.
My tent alone weights more than 3.5kg, my 15 degree sleeping bag is close to 2kg not to mention its ridicule volume. How do I minimize weight without buying new gear since that's not really an option?

For short trips I can suck it up and keep going but having probably more than 15kg on my back for multiple weeks would be total shit.
