I have been getting into prepping and SHTF bug-in/bug-out scenario. I hear great things about German “Bund” military surplus items such as, flecktarn goretex parkas, gloves, flecktarn field shirts, Bund Eickhorn knives, Atlas rucksack, outdoor cooking accessories etc. I also have new gear, but the quality of German surplus hitting the market now seems very good value. Does anyone use military surplus kit when /out/? Please no stolen valor comments, this is about practicality.
