Can we get a boot thread going? The other one is going nowhere.

I'm looking at getting a new pair of boots. I've only been using Wolverine Steel Toe work boots in the past, and while they're comfortable, I feel like I could use a bit more ankle support and the steel toe seems heavier than it is useful. Anyone have any recommendations? I'll be using them mostly in the northern part of Appalachian Mountains.
