This is a floorless shelter though so you'd have to bring along something to put on the ground. A lot of people use polycro, window insulation film which works well but is a little filmsy. I've used it successfully.
For three season stuff, as long as I'm not going anywhere super exposed I use a small tarp and a light bivy.
Considering how heavy you're current shelter is even if you went with the silnylon version of the solomid you'd been saving a lot of weight and it's much cheaper than the DCF version.
When you get into UL shelter the majority of them pitch with trekking poles so there's that to consider.
