>>1532182I'm in favor of a fire making safety loicense. Fund raised from said loicenses can go to the park system. Unless you purchase the, "1 Additional Fire Stamp," you will be limited to a single fire at a time. You must attend an initial fire making safety seminar ($15 fee), similar to many local's fire arms safety seminar prior to getting a fire arms loicense. Then every year, you must renew your fire making safety loicense by paying a modest sum. The fire making safety loicense lasts 1 year; starting at January 1 and ending on December 1. If you are caught, making a fire without a fire making safety loicense or are enjoying a fire without a person who is carrying a fire making safety loicense, a fine will be levied against you. Those with valid driver's loicenses may also have points put on their driver's loicense. In extreme cases, you may even be incarcerated. Any damages made to land, life, or property by fires started by persons carrying a valid fire making safety loicense will have their loicense revoked for a full calendar year and can not renew their loisence until the following January. Points, fines, and incarceration may also be incurred. If you have the, "Teacher's Fire Making Safety Stamp," you may supervise unloicensed people creating fires based on what stamps you have on your loicense. Every 5 years, you must re-attend the fire making safety seminar.
