We can dig out our own lines and septic systems and shit. Build roads, lift heavy shit, etc. Most of the land around here isn't bad. Lot of woods and deer hunting. We can clear anywhere we want for a massive garden plot. Dole out sections so anons can do their own thing if they dont want to work in the community garden.
I have a dumptruck to haul shit around like rock for roads and sawn lumber if we ever get a sawmill or some kind anons want to bring chainsaws amd an Alaskan mill. Trade labor for fuel and lumber and shit to build cabins.
I propose we have a counsel of founders. An odd number always for anonymous voting purposes. They can loosely set the rules on community projects so ots not a constant reee and shit throwing contest. I also propose that we have a vote evey 6 months to replace any and all on the council because we are autists and can't wait 1 year to do it annually.
I think we should have it set up where you can basically build any sort of cuckshack you want so long as you don't start a community fire. And if and when you you decide ro leave or die you can give it to whoever you want. If nobody claims it then the counsel can vote someone in it thst is deemed a valuable enough member. So the cabons basically are yours to do what you wish with but belong to the community ultimately.
I know some people in the oilfield. Should this take off we can potentially all donate to set up an oil well for oil and natural gas. It's always a gamble but it would produce plenty enough to power and heat a few community buildings and the oil sold can go into a slush fund for random things like lighting and water well repair. Community projector or theater. Shit like that
