You're going to be fine. About half of bites result in problems, and the symptoms appear almost immediately. If there's no itching or necrosis by now, then you got lucky.

Ideally, get medical help. However, after 2 days you should at least have partial necrosis on the skin. If your skin doesn't look like this by now, you're most likely fine.

This is from about a year ago, lower leg just a bit above ankle from in muh tent while asleep. It had about a tennis ball diameter sized purple spreading thing for a few weeks, didn't go to doc, here I am. Don't be such little girls, Anons.
