To be honest, I can't think of any hikes in Banff that aren't good, although east of Lake Louise is a personal favorite.

Unless you have a more specific interest, get a copy of the Banff Backcountry Trails Map (available online) and pick literally anything.

Takakkaw falls campground in Yoho. It's not a hike per say. But there's a wicked campground there. You walk or cart your stuff down a trail maybe 500m. It's first come though so maybe try mid week. A few spots are utterly amazing. But there's like 30 in total. It's a good jumping off point for a number of other hikes. Dude that man's the place will hook you up with some cool hikes if he's the guy in his 50s I met last year...
