Should I see a doctor? All the resources I looked at said a tick bite but I never saw a tick or anything

That doesn’t really look like a bullseye (yet). The Lyme disease bullseye usually takes 3-30 days to appear.

Sure is strange though, nothing was attached. The bug bite popped up immediately and there was no tick head either. Better to be safe than sorry I suppose.

Yeah it's strange right? It looked more like a bullseye this morning but it has spread. I'd say it's about a 4 inch diameter now.

It will have the distinctive lump, though.

Looks more like a spider bite; that doesn't really raise, and it starts off as a red circle, gets larger, then you'll see a white edge around it. Depending on the spider, you might start losing layers of skin or getting necrosis (recluse).
