I lived in between Prescott and Phoenix area my whole life. I've been saving for a while, where should I buy land? Im going to park a travel trailer on their and live out of it until I build a house.

I suggest looking for a deal that includes access to public utilities, if not water rights. I would look for a lot near or in the mountains.

Is the paranormal shit all fluff for tourists or you guys see weird stuff around there? Went on a offroading tour once and the guide was an old hippie talking about underground tunnels and aliens. Was pretty entertaining.

Infotainment, total bs. Glad you enjoyed! The "crystal crunchers" wave has crested.
To be replaced by bnb, timeshare fags. The musicians have moved on, no nightlife like the '90's. Families replaced with Mexican labor class, weekend warriors and 1%er drop-ins.

Make sure to check if the local laws allow for permanent camping, most jurisdictions only allow trailers for a few months while the permanent house is being built.

It is the best part of AZ imo. Coldest and rainiest part to, and also some of the communities there are among the highest elevation inhabited communities in the US and North America (Hannagan Meadow, Greer, Alpine). Alpine, Greer, Hannagan Meadow, Sprucedale, Mt Escudilla, Greens peak, Pinetop-Lakeside etc etc. are all GOAT in AZ for alpine and sub-alpine /out/ing and living in AZ.
