We already have a thread about this. The outdoors is the only politically correct manly activity so a lot of these whipped hipsters are flooding it because they're being repressed by the modern society but deep down they want to be manly and live their lives. So they make up these little adventure stories to escape their boring realities.
Honestly i don't think we should discourage hipsters from the outdoors, it's their desperate attempt to follow their instincts
