Anyone else diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia and still go /out/ alone? I was diagnosed 2004, I'm the right medication now but still have triggers like darkness and too much alone time that cause issues for me. I love going camping for several days at a time, but have to carry a .22 to pop off every once in a while to scare away the shadows.
Anyone else dealing with the same thing with some advise? I don't want to have to keep scaring the shadows with random gun fire, I'm scared I'll get arrested. What do you do to silence the voices and scare the shadows when alone in the dark 30+ miles from cell service?
