I do but the lack of autism pockets thing is compounded by the lack of belt loops
if i only have two pockets when /out/ and I can't wear a belt then I can't put much heavy stuff in my pockets without them falling down. it's not a major issue that can't be solved with shirt or jacket pockets or bringing a bigger bag though

It's a mosquito mesh suit. Serves the function of long clothing (protect against bugs) while being much cooler and lighter.

If you are in an area where the biting insects are so bad that you need one of those then I don't see any reason not to wear it. If you get bitten too much it can trigger an allergic reaction through your entire body. That can happen to anyone who gets bitten and has a tiny bump raise where they were bitten. The down side to wearing that mesh is that it won't help you against tiny biting midges or thrips. Those are too small and go right through everything that isn't good cloth.

Keep in mind that any place that touches the mesh will be a point of contact where the insects can bite you through the mesh.

I have found jogging pants to be too warm for /out/ activities. It got down to 35F last time I backpacked in Tahoe and I ended up taking them off when I went to sleep because they just retain heat too damn well. Not good for /out/

If you reference point for /out/ gear is jeans, more or les anything is better. Jeans are robust, and that's their only quality, other than that, they're heavy, don't stop water, stay wet for ages and they chaff if walking for a long time. Also, they'll cook your balls off in warm weather, and offer absolutely no protection against cold
By this standard, go hiking with running shoes, after all, they're better than stilettos
