Research I’ve done in ecogenetics indicates that ocean temperatures are heating significantly and the keystone species are responding (both oligotrophic and coral associated phytoplankton are good indicators of temperature change in the ocean). >>1598322 said, there’s so many politicians and powerful people out there who are either interested in doing something to combat climate change, but refuse to drive change (see the rich cunts in davos all flying in on PRIVATE JETS telling people they need carbon taxes) or people interested only in profiting from climate change. It makes getting real government/popular support difficult because the everyday person sees all the people pushing for climate change reform and its mostly Leo flying around in his private jet and their local commie university student screaming about solidarity.
