Look up the name of resorts, most of the big ones have a site with links for seasonnal workers.
Also look up big hotel chains and their locations, send your resme directly to the HR department stating you are looking in X
I worked in the French Alps, in Meribel. It's a mostly english speaking resort, so not speaking french shouldn't be a problem. Aim for high end resort for better pay/tips (Verbier, gstadt, courchevel) tignes in france is nice because super high altitude, big resort.
most places open end of November start of december, and start worrying about hiring start of november, so you have a head start, plus being in the opening team adds and extra three weeks of work. Major chains are probably already on it , look up W Verbier (mariott group), Barriere Courchevel.
Big international resorts and chains will nearly double your income with tips. anglos tip especially burgers, yuros pat you on the back
lhotellerie-restauratin.com is a good site for hotel/restaurant jobs, but I'm not sure they have an english version. Other than that Indeed is pretty solid (I'm a headhunter I use these sites everyday, whatever the source, it's 95% relayed on Indeed, so that site alone will cover the market and save you the hassle of checking a gazillion different boards)
