Do you have any bug out bag?

After certain events in my country (heavy rains and flooding in some areas) I just realized that I'm not ready if shit hits the fan and I'm considering building one of these.

Where are you going to go with your bugout bag?
If you can't answer that you've failed at the first hurdle. Don't bother buying anything until you've figured out a location and 2-3 routes to get there. That way you have a frame of reference for how much kit you'll need.
Also, remember bugging out in 99% of the time a bad idea compared to bugging in with your stockpiled resources. (Excepting situations like natural disasters etc where remaining in place isn't an option ofc).
When you do bug out make sure you're going from one supplied & fortified location to another. Banish any ideas of surviving out in the wilds for weeks until the trouble dies down: it's a fantasy and the reality is simply starving to death somewhat slower than an unprepared person would.

That's it. Now in your situation, heavy rains and flooding being a concern, I'd recommend setting up your place of residence for bugging in.
Stockpile food and water, keep them in an elevated location (all that dehydrated rice is useless if it's in a flooded basement). Purchase some flares, a mirror, and other methods of signalling to SAR that there are in fact people living in your building. Make sure to have an evacuation plan in place if your home isn't capable of handling a natural disaster, make sure that your secondary location can be supplied without impedence.

If you're truly looking for a realistic situation for withstanding an emergency, the idea is to keep enough food, water, and power stockpiled at your initial location until you can get actual response teams to locate you and get the fuck to safety, or to have a number of secondary locations that would be away from the line of fire to safely evacuate before shit hits the fan in your particular direction.
A good example would be to see response planning from Katrina back in 2004. New Orleans got blown the fuck out, but if you had stockpiled your food and water in your second floor or attic, OR had got the fuck out when FEMA said to, you'd be perfectly fine.
We are talking about a bug out BAG. A bag has to be taken with you, and the gear you can fit into it. If we're going on the topic of LARPing as "imma fuck da system" then you're going to want tools that you can use to disappear. Several thousand dollars of currency in (ideally) your target location, and being untraceable as an individual is going to be more valuable than a tent.

Bag size is tied to how much stuff you are packing, that stuff's bulkiness, and how much weight you can reasonably hike around with. The later may be weight related or bulkiness related. Bulkiness may be tied to convenience options or "hey that faggot is loaded with awesome gear lets get him!" No one can tell you what that will be for you and your area. Let's say it's your mom's house, situated in a small village to your east. You know that it's going to take you 4 days walking across mostly flat woodland with a river that can be crossed at a particular point. Now you know where you're going you can put together a plan and start actually getting the resources put together to see you through that journey, instead of stuffing a bunch of bullshit in a bag and calling it peace of mind. You can also start stockpiling resources at your specified location so you can thrive when you get there.
Except let's say you have to bugout one day and you discover that the river has flooded and crossing is a no go. Do you have a secondary route to get there planned? Could your supplies support that detour?
How about instead the reason you're bugging out is because a hurricane is going to btfo your area in a few days, but it's coming in from the East and will get your mom's house too. Do you have a secondary bugout location lined up and routes planned out, say to the west away from the hurricanes path?

Why a hammock, you're gonna need a tarp, over quilt and an under quilt if you wanna stay warm through winter.

The blanket is going to be heavy and take up a lot of room in your pack, get a good synthetic quilt/sleeping bag.

This is more of a SERE or evasion based bag, and if you're going for that I would add prepaid visa or amex cards, folding knife and multitool, concealable handgun, and maybe even a hairdye kit

If we really are going full LARP mode, get a nice breathable bivi bag like the RAB ascent. Keeps you very low to the ground (incognito), comes in forest green, fully waterproof and breathable.

As wild camping is illegal in the UK I find it's great for camping out without being seen.

My Henry is not. Fails to feed maybe 1/80 for standard velocity & subsonic Fiocchi stuff.
I might be lucky.
What it does suck at is a range toy. Barrrel gets hot quick and groups open fast.
But still a good small game hunter.
I like mine. Better than a handgun 22. More portable/backpackable than other T/D options.

Yes.
I use an old ak47 mag pouch. Cut out the dividers.
I carry a sawyer mini.
A fancy baggie for emergency clean water storage.
Toilet paper. Because sometimes pooping in public restrooms without adequate TP is SHTF.
I carry two Mylar blankets. Can be a ground cloth.
I carry some paracord. With Mylar one can make a tarp. Can also make a bedroll if I procure a blanket.
I carry fire options. Ferro. Lighter. Crop balls and lint as tinder.
A fixed blade knife.
I did throw in some chlorine tablets.
Also got some iodine tablets.
Got a USB cord for my iPhone.
Got maps.
Compass too. Little globe pin on type. Good enough for my skills.
Got an extra mag in there.
Extra bags. Mostly shopping bags. Two of them.
Still a little space left. I fill that with things specific to my day. Like if hunting conservation land Throw 410 ammo in there.
If hiking I throw in cliff bars.

Pouch is water proof. Fits my belt.

Dont overpack. Weight and bulk sucks.

Pic is my pouch. I use it almost every weekend. Always in my car or on me.
Two squirrels in bag.

It fits but is tight. I got a little more volume too parting it from pouch.

For $100ish the ASE\Henry kit ain’t bad. Lots of activities in that box.

The new Henry ones are mostly OK. They don't jam anymore, but the quality of the furniture is pretty shit. I kept my AR-7 in my car, and due to repeated exposure to high temperatures, the plastic of the stock-cap loosened and falls off really easily. I got a replacement stock and had the same issue after a few months. So it's not water-resistant by any stretch of the imagination, and you need a bungie or something to keep it together.

My camping stuff *is* my "bug-out-bag". It's not like I keep it all ready to go at a moment's notice, but if something happened (fire, chemical leak, whatever) I could toss everything I need in one of my bags in 15-20 minutes and get out the door.

I'm currently living in a bitch ass foreign country with nogunz, but back home I have a lightweight bolt-action .308 that I would have taken with me if I thought I needed it, plus the Ruger .357 revolver that I usually carry in bear country.

An old friend is going to allow me to utilize an unoccupied slot on his family's phone service plan if my old ass phone is compatible. You can't "prepare". You can "prepare against..."
A good way to be prepared for a large flooding would be to have an insurance, photos of the inside and outside of your home sent to yourself by mail to get the money back, and then a car to get out. Everything else is secondary.
Once you have that, owning a small plot of land on the high where you can set up your tent for a while is a good idea, but don't worry, there will always be tents or food to buy.

Some cash well hidden in your house and protected from fire will do you more good than a bob.

No water purif, not enough water containment, barely any food, no sleeping bag, medical kit is way too big and since you didn't made it, you don't even know what is inside. No sleeping bag & pad.

It's not that hard.
Secure your water.
Secure your food. Hunting is hard, if you don't know that don't even bet on hunting.
Secure your dry and your warm. Even to sleep.
Secure your items with a gun and by looking like you don't worth the trouble.
Then add some fun like tools.
