>>1605087>I like things you probably find boringNah, I like things normies find pretty boring, like gardening, cooking, reading, etc. I find anime is the only globally popular media that actually promotes values which I would consider positive, as opposed to hedonism, individualism, and cynicism. Unfortunately, in Western culture, rejecting cynicism and pessimism is seen as "childish". I probably do find your way of life sick and degenerate, as you are an American (or some Western European subhuman) and I genuinely feel sorry for your kids.
In short, it has nothing to do with childish vs. adult, it has everything to do with good values vs. bad, right vs. wrong.
