Topdress with worm castings or really high quality compost (Malibu Compost is basically the only 'brand' you can buy in bags, aside from them I would go to a neighboring farm and ask. it'll be a lot cheaper too) and then put any mulch you have on top of that.
If you dont have outdoor space repot it into a larger pot and apply the same principles.
