I always had an interest into sequoia's and have been living in a region in Europe where they have been planted in a lot of parks.
These specimens are usually 100-150 years old and dwarf all other native species.
I just found out that their lumber is worth pretty insane prices.
So why shouldn't I just buy a forest, chop out most of it, plant some sequioa's, sit back and profit (in say 40 years)?
Looking towards France since forest prices are low and climate is good for these trees.
