I just bought the 4 acres pictured here.
The plan is to build on the bluff on the northwest overlooking the river to the south.
The land to the east belongs to the city, and there's a parking area and basic walking trail that slips into the plat on the south end near the water.
There are no easements. The trail is just worn by use.
HOW WOULD YOU HANDLE THIS?
>fence the whole property?
>private property/no trespassing signage?
>ignore it and let people enjoy it?
>offer to pay to reroute the trail to avoid my property line?
