Does anyone here believe that civilization will decline or collapse in the next few decades or so? If so, what is your reason for believing so? I'm trying to determine whether I should get into this survival stuff, as someone who has never learnt any of it before. It seems pretty convenient to know how to survive with minimal societal assistance, and it's not something I've ever considered important before recently.
