There are a variety of subjects involved, each requiring their own (in some cases multiple) books. At the very least one would need a few on general wilderness survival, because not a one of them contains fully adequate information ("Ultimate Guide to Wilderness Living" by the McPhersons comes closest, overall). Then there will be foraging, fishing, hunting, trapping, and sheltering, just at the least off the top of my head. Were OP to be in any way serious "he" would be seeking those out and already have some essential ideas and not just casually coming into the outdoors board on a Korean cabbage fermentation forum with such a wide open question, and expecting anons to type out volumes worth of helpful info.
