So I was out walking today and I saw this. Its fucking disgusting and actually worse than if the inbred twat just left the turd lying on the ground. Why do people do this /out/?

Those just break down into smaller plastic pieces faster than other plastic bags. The micro plastic then gets consumed by animals. Also, "faster" is a relative term since they still take years to break down. FYI, the plastic in the OP is a normal trashbag.

Sadly no, I didnt. Im dead inside now, years of walks in the country and local parks that have turned into glorified long range litter picking trips. Tons of plastic that I have carried out only to find more when I return the next week. I cant do it anymore, I have to look away.

I lost count of the number of bags I see left in our local park. There are two special containers 300 yrds apart yet there they are. Whats the point of bagging it up if you just leave it by the trail. There is no dog shit recovery fairy going to do it for you.

This gets brought up on every one of these threads but this is commonly just someone leaving the bag to pick up on their way back out of the trail. I do it on local trails to which I am a frequent visitor.
