This isn't out of reach in most Western European long distance hiking or anyway stretches of a longer route
There are thousands of small villages scattered in the country that are usually part of the route for their historical and aesthetic value, and I reckon the vast majority has bakeries
It's hard to plan a hike in Europe with the mindset of trying to be as lonely and isolated as possible, not that there's no tranquillity and quiet but you always find yourself within a certain number of miles of a town however ridiculously small it might be. Can't really get awol like in the Rockies or Something
But if you have the slightest interest in the more touristic aspects of a long distance route like all the old architecture, the local crafts, regional food products and cuisine, etc and integrate them in your planned road, then you'll have a blast
