Utahn here. San Rafael Swell is one of my favorite places to go in the winter months. Rarely see any humans there during cold months. Great place to explore and be adventurous.

Utah is bretty based, did the whole NP circle through Grand Canyon/Moab/Capitol Reef and Zion over the summer with my gf while camping in BLM sites. Really shitted on my home state back on the east coast, wish I could live somewhere that didn’t suck.

Ive done a bunch of Utah even though I don't live in the state.
Ive done Kings, Grandeur, Bald, Timp, Paria, Grand Gulch, Coyote Gulch, Bryce, Trans Zion, Needles Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, and lots of small stuff in the Uintas.
Coyote Gulch is magical. Kings, Paria, Trans Zion are also pretty cool. But do Coyote first. Takes 2 or 3 days. 10 miles or so. Absolutely awesome.
