I've recently rented a new place, went to sleep, and woke up with the following bug bite
Not scratchy like a mosquito, but somewhat so.

Could also be a staph bump, which will be the case if it develops something like a pimple head. Does it feel somewhat hard and sensitive around the center?

I wound up having to break down and go to an urgent care to get antibiotics, because it just kept coming and spreading. One might disappear for a while then another would pop up elsewhere. It gets into your bloodstream and can worsen over time. This was all maybe 7 years ago, but I had to go get the antibiotics twice (with a good many months of thinking it was cleared in between) before it was finally over.

There's no tellin', it can be anything. For me it wound up being tearing my arm's rotator cuff falling into a deep rocky ditch while taking a drunken piss behind the country club at my 25 year high school reunion. For you, only time will tell.

have you found any new bites?

change in weather usually makes bug seek refuge into our homes, if it really bothers you, you can cover your dishes, bedsheets and so on, and spray some raid in the air, leave the windows closed for half an hour and then properly ventilate
the insecticide is probably more harmful than whatever bit you, though

also you shouldn't pull down your shirt and stretch your collar like that because it will end up all wrinkly and loose
