>>1640046Having a basic complement of shit on you at any given time really does go a long way towards making life less exhausting.
Things have changed from back in the day when men were expected to have
>watch>wallet>knife>keys>belt>handkerchiefat all times, and to wear a hat when outdoors (and have the sense to take it off indoors), but modern people can still go through the same routine with items they need every day. How many times have you lost your phone, or locked your keys in your house/car, or forgot to grab your USB cable or earbuds? If you don't have a routine, I'm betting fairly frequently, and I can imagine it adds unneeded stress to your day.
The adage
>testicles>spectacles>wallet and watchis still true, if trite. If I have pants on I have my keys, my wallet, my belt, my knife, and my phone. 100% of the time. I have never lost any of those items, even briefly.
As to the dickbeating about good knives vs. good-enough knives vs. chinesium, if you're gonna carry an object literally every day and not lose the fucking thing, make it a quality item. Where you draw the line between quality and overpriced is for you and you alone to decide.
