I bought a tag to cut an xmas tree tomorrow. I live in the Rockies and it's going to dump snow tomorrow, so I'm prepped with my usual snowshoeing gear plus tree felling gear. my question is: how should I drag the tree out? timber hitch knot? tarp? any advice from wild xmas tree hunters would be appreciated.
