/out/ has lots of knife threads. How do you sc/out/s maintain them?

Pic related for me, soft, hard, and black hard Arkansas stones in progression. Never more than one stroke at a time on a side, lots of honing oil, patience.

I also use the magic marker trick when sharpening someone else's stuff that needs a lot of work.
