I think I’ve convinced my girlfriend that an Alaska trip is worth doing. I’ve never been myself, but have always wanted to settle somewhere rougher than the training wheels in the east coast allow.
Where and when should we go? I have a few ideas but it honesty all looks beautiful so I don’t know how to winnow down to plan a trip. Is there any kind of place and time I should consider to try and test myself while also opening her eyes to what she’s missing? For context she currently can’t imagine settling somewhere without water on tap and is scared of tall grass because “muh ticks”
