Hey, got a ticket to go on a fishing charter with my bro as a gift.

Out on a boat for a few hours, the gear is supplied. Thing is I've only ever been fishing maybe twice. Never caught anything. Don't know how to tie stuff on or even the absolute basics. Also have no idea about etiquette as well.

Can you help me out. What do I need to learn between now and then to get the most out of it?
