How many of you own a bk2 and what are your thoughts on this blade?
I have had mine for a few years now and it has gone with me all across the US on road trips where we camp out if my truck. It's pretty much a crowbar with a sharp side but it always seems to get up to the task.
During our Arizona road trip I found myself using it to baton wood then while preping dinner and finally cutting my food up while eating. Without even having to sharpen it. For such a big thick blade it fills a lot of roles very well. I finally took a file to it last month and added a new edge because I had beat it all to hell over the years.
I think I paid like 50 bucks for this knife years ago and it is still my favorite. I use a 10 dollar Mora classic for everything else.
