Used to be super-fit until I got a desk job. I got lazy and have a tendency to drink one too many beers... long story short, I let myself balloon up to 6' 230 lb. and decided "fuck that, I don't want to be ugly / impotent / a cardiac patient"
So I've lost 15 pounds in the last 2 months and am now halfway to my goal of 200. My diet plan has been to pass on second helpings at dinner, replace 2 drinks per day with mineral water, and halve the red meat and dairy intake in my diet. I'm still not getting much exercise but losing extra paunch makes it a lot easier when I decide to go hiking or ride my bike.
