This whole "winter" here in germany was shit. Always wet, always cold, but never COLD ENOUGH for snow. During Summer i can hardly do stuff if its above 30°C outside and sunny. I have problems handling the heat, my body just somehow starts heating even if i fucking read something inside. Winter is the best Season for me. I love the cold. i enjoy the feeling of wind and snow on my skin. But no, we had 4 (!) days below freezing point which were dry AF.
Not only did we hope a few years back that the cold is getting out the desertdwellers from us (warm > free money) but also the fucking insects that died off decades ago during winter. Lol nope, even more deadly/posionous ticks and insects are crawling here from down under and making it a living hell going into the forest. Also, bark bugs that kill off the trees. Fuck those things.
I miss winter. I miss the cold. I miss freaking SNOW since years ago. YEARS AGO. Goddamit
