This thread is just a shill battle but...
>>1673836They will heal your feet long term but it will take years and the first year will be the most significant transition with the first month potentially being rather intense depending on your gait, foot shape, condition, etc.
That being said I would not go with one of the "boot" models. The purpose of barefoot/minimalist/zero drop footwear is to allow to foot and in turn the whole body to flex and stride naturally. The boot models reduce that by restricting your ankle. Go for a low cut shoe.
>>1673863They are from vivibarefoot. Dont know what they are called but fuck vivo. Their customer service is the absolute worst. Never even put on one of their shoes because of it. Shipment never went out and after calling could never get any information from the representatives. Cancelled my order and never looked back.
>>1673865Definitely aimed at onions and cant speak for vivos but I wear Lems Primal 2 daily and they will go for well over a year of walking around a warehouse on concrete all day and doing plenty of hiking trails as well. But yes almost all minimalist footwear is manufactured in china.
>>1673926Never have had a problem with thorns even once in contemporary barefoot shoes. The statement is completely laughable.
No issue with heavy loads either and I have never noticed sinking into unstable terrain more than I used to in boots.
>>1673928No different than other shoes once you adjust your gait and such.
