When I was 15 or 16 i had to spend 2 days in a boat because I went duck hunting without looking at the weather and it was dense fog for 2 FUCKING DAYS, not to mention very powerful and deep currents, big ass boats in too small of rivers, and no one for miles
Even people who live out there still have to be careful sometimes

Land is cheap, you can technically have a garden year round unless we have a winter year, in 2018 we had ~30 hard freezes and 6" of snow
