This. Walk around anywhere green. If you're in the big city they have parks, if you're rural you're halfway there. If you're really stuck, make yourself a nature corner with a few houseplants, many a terrarium you put together from shit you found last time you were literally outside. A few shiny rocks, a bird feather. Fake it til you make it. And work on yourself. Body weight exercises, read everything about the outdoors. I just listen to free audiobooks from the library during my free time, all non-fiction. Being /out/ is the opposite of money.
