>>1681014We’ve had Forestry Service roll into our camp several times over the years while camping in the Huron National Forest here in Michigan and they’ve always been cool, telling us not to burn the forest down, make sure we clean up the camp when we leave and stick to shooting on the kinda natural gun range that’s there.
But one time years back, a Forestry Service guy rolled into camp and casually shot the shit with us a minute or so, then suddenly out of the blue, he flipped out and literally stared _yelling at us_ for riding dirtbikes along the cut where the powerlines from the Foote Pond dam run thru the woods and he was threatening us with bazillion dollar tickets and such, except NONE OF US HAD FUCKING DIRTBIKES and we literally yelled back at him that he was obviously barking up the wrong tree and WTF was wrong with him and he just grumbled and muttered before getting in his truck and driving off.
Really weird experience and the only time they’ve been dicks.
