Not a meme.
Plash (płaszcz) simply means 'coat', so just cally it palatka or poncho.
They on heavy side. Slightly fireproof.
Polish one, largest size (size 3) unless a manlet.

Used one in my unit. Only for protecting electronics/gear from raining and snow during security guards. They are good for getting warm, using it as combat uniform are quite shitty tho

As i can remember Pałatka was designed for polish military. Use of Pałatka profit when used by group because you can easily combine 2 or more into large tarp/simple tent and is laighter then tarp and more versatile.
