Been using it in all conditions (from rain in town to 6000+m climbs, camping, skiing, sailing), recently the gore tex started to delaminate dramatically.
Long story short, sent it back for repairs, which they said would cost more than a new jacket, they instead offered me to buy any new jacket at 40%discount.
Considering today's world of "you removed the label you're on your own" customer service, I'm pretty happy with them and would say the price is not outrageous unless of course you buy at full retail price.
