if there are requirements for contents of car first aid kits where you live, get that, but if you dont already know what should be in a first aid kit i would say start by getting some training, look up some first aid tutorials or even take a class, its fun and it might save a life some day, useful skills to have
a first aid kit is useless if you dont have the training in using the items in it, a kit for a car is mostlikely not going to be "used" on you, but rather you could use it to save someone else, if your a in a crash its not gonna be you using your kit, but someone else using theirs
didnt you have to take a first aid class to get your license? think back to that
