>>1694991sorry, i was away for a while before i saw your post.
first off, i'm not an expert. you should google foreskin restoration.
there are lots of method to restore the foreskin naturally, but it takes a long time, usually a year or two. also, it's not going to look exactly the same for everybody, but if you are patient, and do your research, no one will know you were cut.
all of the natural methods revolve around tugging, or applying tension to the skin around the shaft of the penis below the circumcision scar line. you need some kind of device that will grab onto the skin around the circumcision scar line and pull it towards the tip of the penis. the thing to remember is that you're not stretching the skin into a foreskin shape, you're applying a steady amount of tension that will encourage the skin cells to multiply. that's how skin works, and if you stretch your skin too quickly you'll unleash all kinds of hell, namely stretchmarks, which are permanent. also, irritation will hamper progress. if it starts to hurt, stop, and wait a few days before you tug again.
as for the different devices, there are over a dozen. the cheapest of all would probably be the T-tape method, which is what i'm currently using. all it requires is a roll of sterile medical tape or athletic tape.
