So let's say I'm out in the woods, I walk up on a mama bear (hopefully a black bear, but I'm asking in general). I forgot my gun, no bear spray, no weapons I can readily grab for. She's looking like she's about to charge and I have no other option but to fight for my life. What techniques would you use to hand to hand fight the bear? I've always thought I would try my best to get on it's back and choke it out, but there's just too much fat and fur, and there's no way I could get the leverage. What techniques would you use?
