Forever alone complete fucking loser neet here. I have no life outside of the computer and I spend about 1-2 hours in nature each year (only to stop my family members from nagging me to come with them to the beach).

I recently read about the studies that have been done on nature's effect on mental well being and fatigue and I want to conduct a little experiment on myself where I will spend at least half an hour in the woods each day for two months so that I can see if it has any long term effect on me. I want to know if there are any former shut-ins here who as an adult started regularly enjoying going outside (into nature) and what effect did it have on you? Did spending time in nature even have a noticeable effect on you?
