Camouflage

Is there any point to wearing camouflage while hunting if you still have to wear a high visibility jacket? Seems pointless to me if you just end up plastering yourself in bright colors and reflective materials anyways.

Most animals don't see it as we do as said above, though it's not like camo is only about color, it's also about contrast patterns.

i feel your pain though op. nothing ruins the vibe of stalking deer than wearing bright fucking orange. i know they cant see it the same as us but it fucks with your head. it also makes it difficult for me to understand if im properly concealed.

For me, concealment would be a nice change. I'm a britbong used to going after deer up in Scotland. Now there's a hunt that takes patience... Of course the silver lining is that I don't have to worry too much about being visible to other hunters.
